How can i make a budget planner?

any suggestions on how to make a budget planner for me customized just the way i want it??? Any free website that would give me that type of option!!??? im a teenager

1. Do you have Excel? You can probably search and find a template on-line.
2. Yes, there is a free website. I use it as well and love it. http://www.mint.com Free, no tricks, and it can show your past months' budgets and trends. You can also link your bank accounts, credit card accounts, loans, etc. and it will automatically download your transactions from those accounts.
