How to get my savings money back?

Hello, Once I have came from Russia to Canada on October 2008, I have worked for my step-dad and my mother's telephone company( i just helped them out and they paid me cash, i was not allowed to work legally). My step father would take some percentage of every paycheck and put it in my savings account for college( it isn't actual bank account, it is more like he has all the money, but were willing to give them to me once I'll need them). We don't have a very good relationship, he was even charged with sexual assault and he is an alcoholic I am living with my fiance right now, and I've got accepted to Algonquin for 2 years Law Clerk Program and I am asking him for my savings money that he has to pay the tuition, he refuses to give me my money. However, that is the only option that I have for paying my college tuition. Is there a law that can force him to give me my money back. I have a proof of the percentage he had taken on excell worksheet, is that enough of a proof? Please help me out.

1. Since you were working illegally, whether for your stepfather or anyone else, you are in deep doo-doo. If anyone finds out you violated immigration law and visa regulations, kiss Canada goodbye forever -- and most other countries, too, since deportation by one country makes you ineligible for a visa from practically any other country. You lose any way you look at it, and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it. Best to go back to Russia before anyone finds out about the illegal working thing. Your stepfather sounds like the type to turn you in. Your goose is cooked - burned to a crisp. Get your mother to either buy your plane ticket back to Russia or deal with your stepfather and get you legally squared away and school paid for. You cannot do anything yourself.
2. When they paid you cash you basically cheated the government. Now you want to legally get the money back........sorry......you got yourself into this mess now you have to pay.......any payments under the table is the same a stealing......make a fuss and you will both get hammered.....
