Worksheet ABC and student support themselves? I Have been in college for a few years. I am classified as in Independent both because im 24 and I have child. I live with my boyfriend (my sons father). I need activities that can help teach money skills to blind, multiply handicapped students.? They are older, from 17-22, and are learning to count coins to $1.00. All of the activities that are commercially available use worksheets (which they cannot see) or use Braille (which they cannot read.) Other than just giving them coins to count over and over (SO BORING) -- does anyone have some suggestions for neat activities that we could use to break up the monotony? We have used coins to count by 5s, 10s, and it will take them still a couple of months to "get it" and I don't want them to be so bored. Ideas?

Good ways for a teen to make money during school year (without an actual job?) I'm a teen. I need money. But I'm also started school in about a week, and I'm taking almost all college classes in high school. So obviously, I'm going to be busy studying my life away. But on the rare occasion that I might get to do something, I will probably need money to do it and currently have none. Hence the need to ask: how can I make money without getting an actual job (since I don't have time for one)? And yes, I've tried all of the following: babysitting, lemonade stand, and selling random stuff. None of them provided a very steady cash flow if ya know what I mean. And yes, I'm trying the paid surveys thing, but it's not working at all. So, got any good, unique ideas? What do I need to put on my New York State IT-2104 tax withholding form to increase amount withheld from pay? My husband and I both work a full-time job and we both have a part-time home business. We have enough federal taxes withheld to cover our business taxes plus sometimes a refund. But we always come up short on the New York State taxes and owe something. What do we need to put on our New York State IT-2104 tax forms at our respective jobs to make sure they take out more, not less, money from the paychecks? Neither of us is on a salary, so it is hard to determine during or at the beginning of the year which one will make the higher salary. We do not make over the amount required to request additional withholding with the chart on the bottom of the IT-2104 2007 worksheet, so that does not apply to us. doing a budget worksheet, wondering something? I have a financial appointment tomorrow and am wondering something on the budget worksheet it asks about insurance premiums like for auto, home, renters insurance etc. we don't pay these premiums monthly. Instead they're paid every six months some for and once a year for others. The auto rates have been changing every 6 months, gradually dropping a little. Should I take the last statement and divide it by 6 to get a "monthly estimate" for the auto insurance. we don't put money aside every month for that purpose. Also we're in military housing and get BAH(housing allowance) which is automatically deducted before we see my husbands paycheck. I don't know if I should count his BAH as income since technically we never see it and don't take it into our regular budget. It just shows up on his LES statement but never our bank account.

Regarding divorced parents and child daycare: By law, who can claim the daycare expense each year? I am not the custodial parent, but my child support is current and a portion of it is factored in as daycare support (specified in the support calculation worksheet). Why do colleges make their own books? Especially if it's the same as the last edition except there's another book in the back with worksheets. It costs two times more than the regular book, it has the same questions, chapters, everything. Is this yet another way for community colleges to make money? Transfering data from one worksheet to another.? I have been setting up my own accounts using Excel 2007. And i am trying to set up a continous balance sheet where each month is on a different sheet in my workbook. My problem is taking the final balance from one sheet and transfering it to a new sheet for the next month so that it can be used as "balance brought forward" then i would like to take that figure and add it to different worksheets again in and outside of the workbook to apply different formulas to manipulate the data (applying charts, graphs etc). I know i would probably be better off with something like MS Money or a variation but you can't transfer data from those programs to the rest of MSoffice (Word, Powerpoint) etc. Also is there a way to hard code this with VBA (Visual Basic for Applications)? What can I do about a rude bankruptcy attorney who has made a couple of mistakes? My husband and I have filed for ch. 13 bankruptcy in Texas. The attorney that he selected tends to range from nice to rude, especially when we don't understand an issue. He tends to be a bit pompous when he responds to us. He missed one major creditor that had to be added in as an amendment (property taxes) and failed to calculate the correct amount of monies paid to creditors in the past 90 days. He saw the property tax statement and gave it back to me, and we didn't add it in the worksheet. I gave him a list of creditors and amounts that we had paid in that time frame, but he only filed our statement of income showing one payment per creditor. Our meeting of creditors is in 20 days. I have considered firing him and getting another attorney. Can I get a refund on his fees from him? Is it possible to have another attorney review our bankruptcy paperwork (second opinion) before being finalized to make sure everything is correct before we find another mistake or the court finds one? How much should we contribute? My daughter attends a church regulary who pick her (and other low income) people up and take them to church weekly. They come by Saturday afternoons and deliver the lesson and color worksheets for all children who attend. Free Business templates using Excel 2003? I have registered a company and need spreadsheet to do my accounts. I have Excel 2003 which I have used for a sole partnership. Can my teacher be sued for taking money to make grades higher? Hello. I have a question reguarding an incident occuring at my school. I recently have been harassed about giving money to my gym teacher because she raised my grade. What happened was when it came down to the end of the quarter she read the grades aloud and i was un happy. I spoke with her after that class and she said if i gave her $100 dollars that she would use 20 for each class i missed to fix my grades. I then got a perfect grade for gym. However, i never paid her and she knew it would take me a while to get. The next day after i asked her about paying her(i thought she wasnt serious after this part) she assigned me 5 very large packets of worksheets about sports. I completed them in one night after working on it for hours. i handed them in expecting to be squared off. I apparently was not. She told me i still had to pay and still asks me every few days about it. I was wondering if this was against the law and if so what exact law. I live in pennsylvania. Thanks for the help Also I would like to add that she threated to lower my grade if i did not provide her with money. I am 17 and i knew this was wrong and i felt like i should have just never did it but i discussed it with my mother who told me to tell her to go to He** and that if she lowered my grade or i had to pay her a single cent that she would see her in court and she would sue to the highest extent of the law and try to get her to lose her job. if you could direct me to a specific law of soem sort or a specific reference where i could find this because i need an actual legal thing to go by. not just a matter of opinion. thanks =] In regards to cruckman, its not about suing to make money. you are dumb for even thinking that. Its just that I'm asking if it is legal to do this and if i can sue her or at least threaten her with it so she leaves me alone. all i want is peace and to finish the rest of my year doing really good. What Would Be A Good Assignment for this Class? Right now, I'm in Fashion Design class for school. We just found out that sometie in December, we all get to go to the Mall of America as a field trip. Problem: Unfortunatly, this is our teacher's first time teaching fashion design, and in order for us to go to the Mall of America, we need to have some sort of assignment [they did this for the zoo, too *eye roll*] No one can think of anything that would work as an assignment: Buy a clothing item? Not everyone has enough money. Worksheet? Teacher doesn't think it's a good idea for various reasons. Put together an outfit an take a picture of it? Most stores won't allow photos to be taken. Take a picture of a mall walker wearing a fashionable outfit? We all agreed it would be creepy to ask to take photos of strangers. So, I need your help. Financial Aid verification sheet help please? In the Calendar Year section, there is a part where it says to put in the amount of money you have received from student grant and scholarship, I was wondering if this meant the financial aid received in 2008? I have received financial aid, but I can't find the amount and it also seems I can't find it in my tax year for 2008. FAFSA worksheet B help? I am starting grad school and therefore filing independently, but I had a question about what to include with "money received or paid on your behalf (e.g. bills), not reported elsewhere on this form." I spent this past year volunteering abroad and several thousands of dollars were given to the organization I volunteered with to cover my expenses (by friends, family, churches, etc.) These were made as tax-deductible, non-profit donations to the organization, but I assume that I still have to include all those donations in answering this question? Or is there any sort of exemption because it was for non-profit/volunteer work/time? Thanks!

My husband just began work and he needs to fill out a W-4 worksheet. How many allowances should we claim? We want to get the most out of what he earns and the way I understand it is that it doesn't matter money wise if you claim all your allowances now or later it's just when you get your money, am I right? We would rather get our money now and put it into saving to build interest but we don't want to end up owing the government a huge amount in taxes at the end of the year. Will it all basically turn out the same or not in how much we pay in taxes? I also have one more question. How many allowances can we claim? I need to know how to display an excel worksheet on a website, specifically on forums. How do I do this? I have a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet that displays the weekly attendance of a group of people to my event, what I need to do is to transfer this Excel sheet, export or something, to a website forum. It doesn't have to look exactly the same, I just want it to represent the same information cleanly. Also if i have to use a website to display this information, and then simply post the link to that page on the forum, that would work too.
